Step 1:
Roll out pizza dough into a wide long bread like form. [Tip use flour, rolling pin, and make sure the dough was able to rise and is at room temp.]
Step 2:
Cook spaghetti to just slightly over al-dente and mix with sauce in a separate bowl.

Step 3:
Cut slits on the side of the dough, about 3 inches apart. *Make sure not to cut the slits too deep so the sauce leeks out on the bottom while cooking.*
Step 4:
Pour the mixed pasta and sauce in the center of the bread, in a vertical form.
Step 5:
Place your sliced cheese on top of the pasta.
[I used shredded mozz because that's all I had, however, after eating it, I think fresh sliced mozz would be best!]

Step 6:Bread the dough to create your stuffed bread. Begin braid by folding top and bottom strips toward filling. Then braid strips left over right, right over left. Finish by pulling last strip over and tucking under braid [It looks harder then it is!]
Step 7:
I beat an egg white and brushed the top of the bread. Then I sprinkled garlic salt, parsley, oregano, and basil on top.
Step 8:
Baked at 350' for 30-35 minutes until golden brown. Let cool for a few minutes and slices generous portions and ENJOY!
